I'm not very strong
With practise and time you'll find the strength you need comes develops.
During the classes you will learn techniques to build your strength but we will
also concentrate on things that you CAN do.

I'm not very flexible
You don't need to be able to wrap your feet behind your head, or even touch
your toes to pole dance! Our syllabus incorporates stretches to increase
flexibility but you'll be surprised at how much you can do without being
super-bendy!

I'm not very fit, I get out of breath quickly
The classes combine aerobic exercise with muscle toning, stretching and
choreography. You will find your fitness increases quickly enabling you to do
more and more with each lesson.

I'm very shy
Pole dancing is a great way to increase your confidence, especially with
one-to-one lessons. You'll be made to feel completely at ease.
